We honor your privacy. When you visit our website, the following information is stored for one week:

• The name of the files you downloaded

Any information you provide to us, such as your name, e-mail, etc. can be stored indefinitely by us. We store such information for any paying customers forever, so we can provide your license code to you.

Your credit card information is handled by our external contractors:

• Nets (formerly BBS and Netaxept)
• Paypal

We do not, under any circumstances not mentioned here, provide your personal information to any third parties.

We do not — and are not authorized to — store credit card information, and we will only ask for specific pieces of information if you are having trouble paying.

• The first 6 digits of your credit card number (these digits identify the credit card issuer and issuing bank)
• The last 4 digits of your credit card number (these digits partially identify you as an individual, so your transaction can be found in large transaction logs)
• The issuer of your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
